Amnesty international is a worldwide organisation which campaigns for internationally recognised human rights for all, concentrating mainly on prisoners of conscience. The amnesty international department in the school, which is run by a small group of students, concentrates mainly on fund raising and raising awareness. They achieve this by letter writing campaigns, petitions and selling Christmas cards.
