    22 October 2018
The 6th yr DCG students are doing a project on drone design. If any Parent/Guardian/Student has a drone we could borrow for 2-3 days that would be very helpful. It does not have to work and we will not be flying the drone. We do not need the controller. Please contact Mr. Tummon or the School Office. Thank you.

  • Leinster Schools Swimming Championships 2018

    22 October 2018
On Sunday 21st October, a gang of swimmers accompanied by Ms Leavy attended the Leinster Schools Swimming Championships. This was our biggest group of swimmers competing for Mount Temple yet. Among the group were Christian Corrigan, Isaac Fitzmaurice, Niall Finnegan, Iollann Mc Keon, (all 6th year), Lucy Ryan, (5th Year), Rosalie Phelan and Emily Glynn (1st Year). We had both individual swims across a range of events and the 6th year Relay Team. While all swimmers gave a great account of themselves, both Isaac Fitzmaurice and Rosalie Phelan won gold medals, Isaac for the 100m Freestyle and Rosalie in the 100m Breast Stroke. Many of the other swimmers swam personal best times. Both Isaac and Rosalie got forward to the All-Ireland Senior Schools Championships and to represent both Mount Temple and Leinster in the Schools Inter Pros later in the school calendar. Well done to all.
