Carol Service 2019- Information on applying for tickets.

Dear all,

As previously communicated – in the interest of safety, we simply have to restrict numbers for the Carol Service this year – the congregation will all be seated. Attached below are the application forms for tickets (max two per family) which should be completed and returned to the Main Office. There is a form for Current Pupils and a different form for Past Pupils. Please ensure you print and complete the correct one.

We do anticipate that the event will be over subscribed and will look at alternative arrangements if need be. The one thing that we cannot compromise on is safety, so there will not be any admittance on the night without a ticket. We really sincerely regret that everyone may not be able to participate but appeal to all not to turn up on the night without a ticket. Friends from Dublin Fire Brigade will be in attendance on the night and their advice is, that the service will be cancelled in the event of over- crowding.

The application form should be returned to the main office and tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Those who are successful will be notified and tickets will be available for collection from early December.

Thank you for your support,
Helen Gormley
