Minister’s Visit

Ministers visit: Last week, Ministers Jan O’Sullivan (Education) and Alex White (Communications) visited the school to announce the completion of the roll-out of the Broadband for Secondary Schools.  While for the Ministers this was a photo-opp; for the school it was an opportunity to get some technical assistance from the HEAnet, and also to reinforce the message that the Rebuild is imminent. As a result both the Ministers, and their officials, confirmed progress regarding the rebuild and committed to proceeding without delay.
