Amnesty International

Amnesty International Youth Group MT is a student led group in affiliation with Amnesty International. Amnesty International is an association set up to promote awareness about human rights worldwide, concentrating mainly on prisoners of conscience. Amnesty puts pressure on governments to uphold the 30 basic tenets of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through different means such as letter-writing campaigns, petitions and fundraising.
