Accessing Google Classroom
Teaching staff have been asked to set up google classrooms for their individual class groups. Students will receive either a link or a code to join the class.
Teachers will assign guided learning and specific tasks and assignments via Google Classroom.
They may also post links to useful online resources.
Individual teachers may post assignments for their classes. We would ask that students follow the guidelines of their individual teachers regarding submitting any assigned pieces of work.
Codes for pupils to join their various Google Classrooms will be sent by email to parents & guardians via the year heads.
The timescale for resources to go live on google classroom
Monday the 16th of March. The focus will be on posting resources and learning tasks for 6th years onto Google Classroom.
Tuesday the 17th is a Bank Holiday
Day 3, Wednesday the 18th of March. The focus will be on posting resources and learning tasks for 3rd years onto Google Classroom.
After this time resources and tasks will be posted for 5th, 4th, 2nd, and 1st year classes.
In the meantime, pupils should have plenty of activities and study tasks that they can continue with. We would suggest exam years consider this period as an intensive study period and In the coming days, we will also be posting a link to useful online learning resources on the Mount Temple website.
